摘要：

This paper presents various different aspects of human factors in safety including facts and figures, job stress, worksite analysis program for human factors, symptoms of human factor-related problems in organizations, identification of specific human factors problems, strategies,for solving human factors problems, typical human behaviors, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) ergonomics guidelines, human factors-safety issues, and a mathematical model for performing human reliability analysis in changing environments.
