摘要
In this paper, the author first does a research of a Markov chaotic dynamical system and the statistical properties of the new chaotic dynamical system which is formed after the translating transform of the above mentioned one. The two dynamical systems have the same invariant measure and mean value. The conclusion of Lebesgue Measure is ergodic. Then the paper gives a computational formula of the correlation function of the new dynamical system formed after the translating transform. Finally the author derives the encryption and decryption arithmetic of the stream cipher from the algorithm. This algorithm is provided with larger secret space and uniform distributing ciphertext which provides a higher security of the system.
