摘要
Ferrite materials have a gigantic potential in spintronics and memory devices due to ferroelectric and ferro-magnetic properties at room temperature. In recent work, we synthesized and studied the different characterization of Co-substituted Nickel-Zinc ferrite. We calculated the average crystalline size of the material by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and confirmed by Scanning electron microscope (SEM). We investigated the lattice constant of Cobalt substituted Nickel-Zinc ferrite (CoxNix-0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4) and it was also observed that the lattice constant increased due to the incorporation of cobalt ion. We also studied the magnetic properties and observed that the magnetic properties were directly related to the incorporation of cobalt ion. Further, we analyzed the dc resistivity, dielectric loss tangent (tan delta) and dielectric dispersion with frequency in Co-substituted Nickel-Zinc ferrite.
