Synthesis, crystal structure and spectroscopic characterization of heterometallic Cu/Mo complexes obtained under mild conditions

摘要
Two novel heterometallic compounds, namely, {[Cu(5,5'-Me(2)bpy)(2)](2)MoO4}(NO3)(2)center dot 3H(2)O (1) and [Cu(phen)(2)Mo2O7(phen)]center dot{[Cu(phen)(2)](2)MoO4}(NO3)(2)center dot 15H(2)O (2), where phen = 1,10-henantroline, 5,5'-Me(2)bpy = 5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, have been isolated under mild conditions. The influence of the copper source and organic ligands on the products composition has been investigated. Both compounds were characterized by elemental, TG/DTA and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, IR and EPR spectroscopies. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
