摘要:
The electric company of a distribution system purchases different kinds of electric energy including wind power energy to serve the load. The randomness of wind power adds to the uncertainty of system reliability. Meanwhile electric energy storage at distribution level has the benefit of electric energy time shift and power supply capacity. Combining the two of them, an adequacy decision model is proposed to solve generating capacity purchase scheme and charging and discharging schedule of the electric energy storage as well. The results of simulation show that the proposed method works well.
