摘要
Nowadays much attention has been paid to the social inclusion problems of migrant workers in China. Many of the analysis in literatures are based on a single indicator and have their limitations. An integrated indicator of the social inclusion is constructed in this paper based on the "Three Inclusions" of migrant workers survey in Hunan province. The current situation and influence factors of the social inclusion of migrant workers are evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the integrated indicator is composed of four dimensions: behavioral adjustment, identity, psychological inclusion and economic integration. The overall level of social inclusion of migrant workers in Hunan province is relatively low. In the view of sub-indicator, the degree of the identity and behavioral adjustment are relatively higher than psychological inclusion and economic integration. The influence factors of social inclusion of migrant workers are complex and diverse. Inclusive development and specific measures is the strategic settlement.
