摘要
In this paper, the concept of three level supports in negotiation is proposed. Then, a fuzzy multi-issue negotiation model is presented, in which a fuzzy evaluation method is used to aid negotiators to evaluate each issue of the option. The difficulties of using utility function on be overcome. According to negotiators' experiences and knowledge, negotiators' options are modified through fuzzy reasoning. The model can be used to aid negotiator to negotiate and reach a satisfactory agreement.
