摘要
In this paper, the blasting effect's comprehensive evaluation system of open-pit mine was established by using the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process. The blasting safety, blasting quality and economic benefit are the first class indexes. Flying distance of stone, explosive unit consumption, block size distribution, holes punching and other eight indicators are the second level class index and the weight of each index was calculated. The Cloud Model was used to calculate the digital eigenvalue of each index. The degree of certainty that the indicator belongs to each level was obtained. According to the principle of large degree of certainty, the affiliation level of each factor was obtained. Combined with the weight of each influence index, the comprehensive result of blasting effect about open-pit mine was calculated and the evaluation result was 'Good'. The results of blasting evaluation of open-pit mine obtained through this model were consistent with the results of fuzzy evaluation, and coincide with the evaluation of experts, which verifies the feasibility and reliability of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cloud Model in the evaluation of blasting effect in open-pit mine.
