摘要
Today, human trafficking is one of the economic and social problems and a serious violation of human rights. Human trafficking is a combination of acts in which criminals control victims and do so through coercive or deceptive methods or exploitative relationships. Accordingly, all human societies with a global determination have put the fight against this crime at the top of their criminal justice system. In Islamic law, any kind of exploitation and exploitation of human beings has been confronted. Due to the prevalence of slavery at the time of the revelation of the Qur'an, in order to eliminate this distasteful tradition, the importance and high value of freeing slaves has been emphasized in several verses.Criminological studies of the phenomenon of trafficking in women for prostitution all agree on the importance of preventing and eliminating the social, economic and cultural contexts that increase the number of women victims. The current international practice also emphasizes the prevention of trafficking in women and the protection of women victims. Protecting victims, whether physical or identity, is essential. Facilitating the return of victims to their homeland, as well as medical, psychological and material assistance in this direction can also help the victims of this phenomenon.
