摘要：
By building four game theoretical models among local governments, enterprises and banks under different conditions, it shows that the green-credit policy is good for resources saving and environmental protection; and at the same time the active implementation of the policy is severely impeded by a variety of practical factors. At last, some advices are suggested to ensure the effective implementation of the green credit policy.
