摘要：
Value innovation is a systematic project with a great deal of risk and prerequisite. It is liable to the failure of enterprise strategic, if implement the value innovation blindly. So, this article researches the preconditions of value innovation, makes an index system of evaluating the feasibility of value innovation and selects the BP neural network as a method of evaluation. At the end, we analyze the evaluation result through the three-dimensional model and hope to improve the success rate of enterprise value innovation.
