摘要
We report a case of severe cashew anaphylaxis in an 11 1/2 year old boy due to a food labelling error. This child then received mixed oral tolerance induction (OTI) with cashew nuts and pistachio nuts. We present the results of his ITO and we recall the interest of therapeutic education (TTE) and the importance of rigorous food labelling. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
