摘要
High density Ti4O7 ceramic electrodes were successfully fabricated by the spark plasma sintering technique, which is a process that uses microscopic electrical discharge between particles under pressure. The microstructure, conductivity and electrochemical properties of the v electrodes were investigated respectively. The SEM images clearly show that the electrodes are almost fully densified after being sintered. The relationship between the sintering temperature and conductivity of the Ti4O7 electrodes was also studied, which shows that the conductivity of the electrode is determined by the density and the component. The maximum conductivity of the electrode sintered at 700 degrees C is 1055 S/cm. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurements were used for the electrochemical behavior of Ti4O7 electrodes.
