摘要
Accurate high-frequency core loss measurement is critical for power converter design, especially for integrated voltage regulator application. Partial cancellation method is a promising candidate, which can cancel out loss error caused by phase discrepancy without finely tuning cancellation component values. However, it assumes a small value of phase discrepancy, which is not valid for high frequency. This paper performs the error analysis in this case and proposes an initial compensation method to eliminate this error. Finally, experiments are performed to verify proposed method up to 60MHz.
