摘要
The aqueous solutions of L-Methionine and L-Phenylalanine studied analytically to understand the dynamics of dielectric relaxation and spectroscopic characterization by TDR. Intermolecular interaction assists the migration of charges in the networks of H-bonds surfaced out by amino acid in the low frequency with Debye like behavior. The relaxation of amino acid molecule fitted with Debye and Cole-Cole model. Thermodynamic parameters and parallel ordering by correlation factor are determined. The DSC analysis incites the dependency of glass transition temperature and Fragility index with concentration, polarity, dielectric strength and temperature. Conformation of mixture groups carried out by FTIR and NMR analysis.
