摘要：

Geotechnical Engineering is a traditional part of the education for civil engineers at German Universities. In this report an overview is given on study programs in geo-engineering sciences in general and especially in geotechnical engineering as well as their admission conditions and their emphases in education. During the process of harmonisation of international education in Europe according to Bologna Declaration the bachelor and master programs have been implemented in the education of engineers at German Universities. These recent developments in the education of geotechnical engineers are also part of this report.
