摘要：

The causes and hazards of adolescent obesity, exercise and nutrition prescription intervention process as well as body composition changes effects, have been analysized. The results show that combination of exercise and nutrition prescriptions have good results for intervention of childhood obesity. The BMI, WHR and other body composition indicators changes obviously. This case showed a representative from the development of obesity in adolescents of sports nutrition interventions, in which double intervention methods have practical significance.
