摘要：
The two faces of the endoscopic approach for conservative treatment of uterine fibroids are hysteroscopic and laparoscopic myomectomy. Hysteroscopic myomectomy is specially indicated in cases of submucosal fibroids, obtaining good results. In reference to laparoscopic myomectomy its main contraindication can be summarized in the sentence: "When it cannot be carried out with the same neatness as a laparotomy". It requires a high grade specialized learning in order to safely perform it.
