摘要
Microblogging, as a new network media, is playing a positive role on guiding public opinion and on dominating utterance. It offers a new type of tool for social management, such as 'Government Affairs Microblogs' and 'Supervision of Government Microblogs'. Meanwhile, it brought some practical social problems. Overall, the positive role that microblogging could play is very important to a benign development and innovation of the social management.
