摘要
Poor phonological awareness and deficits in the temporal coding of rapid auditory changes are regarded as being associated with dyslexia. The clinical data from the central auditory processing of 53 dyslexic children are presented. We found that 84.9% of these children failed at least one of the six audiological tests or of the seven speech and language tests. Contrary to expectation however only low frequencies of pathological results were found in auditory blending (8.3%) and in the gap detection test (11.4%). Copyright (C) 2000 S. Karger AG,Basel.
