Estimation of the non linear effects in the response of a blast-loaded plate in contact with a fluid

摘要
The study of the response of a plate lying on a fluid and submitted to a moving pressure is presented. The study is focused on fluid-structure interaction accompanying the moving load front associated with violent and rapid solicitations such as the blast waves generated by detonations. The response of an unbounded plate-fluid system is obtained, using the Mindlin-Reissner hypothesis and accounting also for membrane stresses in the plate and the hypothesis of linear (acoustic) compressible behaviour of the fluid, considered as an ideal fluid. The aim of the study is to determine if non linear thresholds can be attained in the vicinity of the moving load front, assimilated to a discontinuity; so, the limits of parameters permitting to use linear models can be determined.
