摘要
The effect of red (R) and far-red (FR) illumination on the synthesis and hydrolysis of phosphoinositides in the membranes of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) from etiolated oat seedlings was studied using the radioisotope method. The R and FR were found to exert oppositely directed effects on the label incorporation into phosphoinositides. The reversibility of activation of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate hydrolysis in ER membranes was demonstrated by applying alternating R and FR illumination.
