摘要
The 21st century skill confront many challenges arising from resource scarcity, climate change, emerging diseases, and other vet to be recognised causes. These challenges are global and do not respect political boundaries. Wealthy nations Cannot avid the impacts of climate change or disease epidemics or other resource stresses that lady have sources elsewhere in the world. International cooperation aimed at mitigating these challenges is thus in the self-interest of all nations. Moreover. implementing effective solutions to these global challenges requires local science capabilities in every country so that local decision makers can access and utilise knowledge resources..
