摘要
Facing the fact that compensation management theory teaching cannot meet the practice and the demand of social market, based on the perspective of university-enterprise cooperation, this article discusses the teaching reform of compensation management course from the aspects of teaching content, teaching method, practical teaching, examination mode and teachers team construction. Through teaching reform, compensation management course can effectively meet the requirements of talents training target and play an important role in human resources management system.
