摘要：

Although the concept of imagery training in physical education has been put forward, it is applied relatively few in some regions in China. However, the imagery training is very important in physical education. The imagery training in physical education is analyzed and its main functions are discussed in the paper. Besides, some reasonable suggestions are given for the physical education and sports training in the future in order to improve the teaching quality of physical education.
