摘要
In this paper we investigate tight focusing of hybrid polarization, which combines properties of the cylindrical polarization and circular polarization. Using Richards-Wolf equation we obtained analytically and numerically electrical and magnetic components, intensity patterns, and projections of the Poynting vector and spin angular momentum in the tight focus. Tight focusing of laser light with nonhomogeneous polarization has attracted attention from researchers, due to the wide variety of focal spot shapes [1-10] and intriguing effects [11,12] that can be obtained.
