摘要：

Financial performance of listed companies on gem has always been a close focus to corporate, government and other stakeholders. In order to better evaluate their financial performance, and help investors make correct choices, the essay analyzes financial index of our listed companies on gem using factor analysis, and builds financial performance evaluation systems of listed companies on gem. By building factor analysis model, the essay ranks their factor scores and comprehensive scores, and illustrates their over situation of listed companies on gem financial performance evaluation, and makes a conclusion that listed companies on gem are supposed to make a focus on profitability factors and solvency factors. The essay puts forward that the companies should be based on their position to make relevant suggestions of optimizing their financial performance and improving overall competence and putting forward some policy suggestions.
