摘要
Metal-supported solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) containing porous 430L support, YSZ electrolyte and porous YSZ layers are fabricated by tape casting and co-firing. Nano Ni-Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-delta (SDC) and La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.9Sc0.1O3-delta(LSFSc) coatings, which act as anode and cathode catalysts, individually, are impregnated onto the internal surfaces of porous 430L and YSZ, respectively. Promising cathode polarization resistances ranging from 0.024 Omega cm(2) at 800 degrees C to 0.155 Omega cm(2) at 650 degrees C are obtained. The maximum power densities of the single cell are 0.68, 0.92, 1.09 and 1.23 Wcm(-2) at 650, 700, 750 and 800 degrees C, respectively.
