摘要：

While electronic commerce (e-commerce) creates more opportunities to individuals, companies and nations, it will inevitably bring about a series of new risks. From both macro and micro perspectives, this paper identifies several risk types in e-commerce. A risk evaluation method based on fuzzy set theory is given. Finally, some policies for controlling security risks, credit risks and law risks are put forward.
