摘要
Quality is the feature that sells goods and services, and it is competent people who assure quality. Training to recognised standards and qualifications is the route to quality performance, and quality performance equals profit. For businesses to be successful they must train and motivate their main resource. Staff development is one priority among many and must compete with others to show as hound return on investment, therefore, investor in people award has been set as the goal. Then evaluation is an essential part of the learning process, without it there can be no certainty that a learning event has achieved its objectives and is to improve the quality of the training and identify if the learner achieved the goals of the training. In gauging the effectiveness of a training program, there are four levels of outcomes companies can measure: reaction level, learning level, job behaviour and performance level and organisational level. Therefore, this research is intended to investigate the effectiveness of the training evaluation, especially in beauty and skin care industry in Taiwan and which is carry out with the four levels of assessing the effectiveness of training evaluation.
