摘要
We report experimental and theoretical studies on time-resolved generation and detection of coherent acoustic phonons in bulk GaN single crystals with an ultrafast two-color pump-probe technique. Optically-induced electronic stress is responsible for the phonon generation. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
