摘要：

In this paper, we present the index system to check the green development of economic, and choose three indexes to measure the green development of tertiary industry in China, with researching on the data from 2000 to 2010, we found that the development of the tertiary industry has gotten a rapid progress in last ten years, but it is still in a low level.
