A Novel High Gain Soft-Switching Interleaved LCL Integrated Fly-back Step-up Converter without An Auxiliary Switch for DC Microgrid

摘要
An interleaved soft-switched integrated fly-back step up DC-DC converter topology with high voltage conversion ratio is proposed for the hybrid energy systems. Input current stress is minimized Doubling of the ripple frequency due to interleaved operation will also reduce the size of the filter capacitor. Additional active clamp is not required in order to minimize the voltage stress on the main switches. Series resonance causing by leakage inductance of the both the coupled inductors with common capacitor (LCL Network) providing wide range of Zero Voltage Switching with the variations in duty ratio and also this LCL network efficiently recycling the energy stored in leakage inductance of both the coupled inductors to the output port. Zero Current Switching is obtained for the output diodes. This is achieved due to secondary leakage inductor of the coupled coils and the voltage quadrupler capacitors, there by reverse recovery problem of the diode is mitigated. The converter is designed at 1kW,100kHz.
