摘要
mTORC1 plays a crucial role to adapt metabolism to environmental conditions, such as nutrients and growth factors. mTORC1 activation in response to growth factors and amino acids requires distinct signaling pathways. Mutations affecting amino acids sensing are involved in pathologies such as cancer, primary immunodeficience syndrome and Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome
