摘要
The Anderson model with nonequilibrium electron distribution is applied to study the scanning tunneling spectroscopy and the Coulomb blockade of the current through a quantum dot, The difference in parameters between the STS and the double tunneling structure is given, Results of the Hartree-Fock approximation as well as of the second order perturbation with respect to the electron-electron interaction are given.
