摘要:
The CdS/ZnO nanoparticle/nanorod hetero-structure was directly synthesized via the chemical deposition of CdS nanoparticles on the ZnO nanorods, which displayed 17 and 2.3 fold increase of Cr(VI) reduction and Methylene Blue degradation rates compared with ZnO nanorod, respectively, under visible light, due to the enhancement of separation of electron-hole pairs of the hetero-structure.
