摘要：

The article presents the results of studying the patterns of complications and mortality from aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) at the Anesthesiology, Reanimation and Intensive Care Unit of the Republic's Hospital. 2-Center for Emergency Medical Aid of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) for the period of 2015-2017. Due to the research results, the mortality rate of this group of patients was 5.8%. The dominating pattern of the preoperative complications was cerebral vasospasm. The complications during operative treatment included ruptured aneurysms. In the postoperative period delayed cerebral ischemia was more often observed.
