摘要
This paper explores the challenging issues in relation to information technology (IT) investment decision analysis. The development of IT infrastructure requires the commitment of significant resources. However, it is difficult to effectively measure the return on investment, because the implementation of the endeavour is influenced by various variables in the changing environment. It is a matter of importance to achieve consistent decision-making in the development of IT infrastructure and accomplish continuously efficient operations across different functional areas of an organization. The findings have practical implications for the assessment of IT investment.
