摘要
We introduce catechol-containing molecules as potential ligands for quantumdots (QD), via a ligand exchange method. Hydrophilic ligands were attached to their surface, which resulted in a successful transfer to the aqueous phase. A significant quenching effect on the luminescent properties was observed. The interaction between the QD and the catechols made it possible to sense dopamine in the nanomolar range.
