摘要
Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is introduced in the thesis. An image fusion algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed. The algorithm is to fuse visible image and infrared image in ITS, accordingly we can extract more legible and serviceable information from the fused image, Experimental results show its advantages and validity.
