摘要
Owing to the uncertainty of relay protection equipment, a state evaluation algorithm based on improved rough set and cloud model theory is proposed. The integrated analysis method is formed by rough set and information entropy to determine the optimal combination weight. To solve the problem of fuzzy and randomness of evaluation index, cloud model is introduced as the correlation degree of each state level, and relay protection state assessment model is constructed on this basis. Taking the detection data of relay protection equipment in some places as an example, the effectiveness of the evaluation algorithm is verified by an example. At the same time, compared to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the cloud model method can not only reflect the status level of the relay protection equipment, but also consider the randomness and accurately reflect the degree of certainty of the membership level.
