摘要
Modeling the explosion in the air and the interaction of shock wave with protection materials is a complex problem and requires numerical simulations and specialized programs (AUTODYN, LS-DYNA). The graphic method for equilibrium state determination it is recommended as a simplified way to rapid analysis of the protection structures configuration. Applied for different materials configurations stressed at identical incident shock waves, this method proved the utility in the protection structures like "sandwich" type designing, which assure both the protection to bullets and fragments and a significant attenuation at shock wave. The graphic method uses the materials characteristics curves (shock polar, space-time diagram) to solve the system of two equations of second degree without electronic calculator, but with two graphics and a ruler.
