Analysis of the imports of spices of the European market at the end of 20th century.

摘要
In this study the evolution of the European import spices is analyzed, the main importing countries and the main imported spices are shown, as well as the growth rate of the import during 1989-1998 decade. The import increased faster than the growth rate of the European population. Germany, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom and Spain concentrate 78% of the imported volume by Europe. The main imported spices are mustard, pepper, capsicum, ginger, coriander and cinnamon.
