摘要：

Early diagnosis, treatment and follow-up are important in patients with asymptomatic valvular heart disease. Echocardiography is a valuable tool in this respect. In this review, the management of asymptomatic patients with valvular heart diseases is summarized according to the new guidelines. (Anadolu Kardiyol Derg 2009; 9: Suppl 1; 17-24)
