Innovative Research on Physical Education and Arts Education

With the scientific development concept deepening into all the fields, Chinese Physical Education, and arts education career explores the "people-oriented" talent training methods under the guidance of scientific development. Through investigating the Physical education and Arts Education major in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, the article wants to explore the cultivation of the talents major in Physical education and Arts Education. This paper uses the individual case method to analyze this major in order to establish the evidences and applies investigation method to analyze the social requirements on this kind of talents. Through the analysis, we find that this kind of the compound talents not only meets the urgent social demands, but also gives this major its strength in physical institutions. It also offers approaches and suggestions about the sustainable development of physical education and arts education career. And we should insist on the principle of emancipating our minds and opening up the teaching methods during building up this subject, focus on the cultivation of students' non- cognitive factors and help them to foster a clear sense of serving the society.
