摘要
The technique of thermochemical process simulation has been used to compile a model for the kiln plant in a cement works which enables the chemical reactions to be calculated in the various process stages. Detailed information can be obtained about the thermochemical processes in the preheater calciner rotary kiln and clinker - the kiln being divided into the transition zone and sintering zone. The material transfer between the reactors is modelled by defining material flows. The plant-specific flow conditions, such as the counter-current flow of the gas and solid phases, are represented by these material flows and modules such as splitters and mixers.
