摘要
The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of technology based communication on motivation and job satisfaction of the employees. The current article describes relevant literature pointing out the most important theories and influencing aspects of the presented contextual model as an extension of authors' previous work on technology based communication effect on quality of relationships within the company. The model presents relationships among technology based communication work setting, quality of relationships among employees and motivation which in turn affects work satisfaction and turnover intent. The connection of these variables is clear and the more communication in the company is through technology-based means, the less the quality of relationships among members.
