摘要：

Modem enterprises face various business risks, accompanied by various kinds of crises appearing at any time. As a way for strategic management, early-warning is getting more important' because it can forecast and keep away the crisis in enterprises' development. This article described construction and operation principle and procedure of enterprise's early warning management system.
