Identification and dissection of bladder neck during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

Bladder neck identification and dissection is a difficult step in performing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. We describe a transurethral technique that facilitates laparoscopic identification and incision of the bladder neck. All cases were successful, with clear and sharp bladder neck margins.
