摘要
Oxygen and nitrogen are used widely in industry. Air is separated by low temperature distillation in this paper. Air separation flowsheet is simulated by ASPEN PLUS software. Many influences of operation variables such as column plate theoretical number distillation stage N-1, feed composition X-F and pressure P on process are studied, and energy use in system is investigated too. The results show that energy in system is optimized while separation specification is obtained, which provides good information for industrial design.
